For more than 20 years, Jenni has pursued her curiosity about people in the workplace and gets a sense of satisfaction when she is able to successfully establish a synergy between an individual, their role and the organisation they work for.
Jenni completed her Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Psychology and is a qualified Psychometrist. She has experience with and accreditation in a large range of assessment tools.

Her career has included leadership positions in various functions within the Human Resources field, mostly focused on providing specialist recruitment and assessment advice to a wide spectrum of industries and organisations in both Australia and South Africa.
Jenni has developed and delivered complex initiatives for many different professions and positions, including investment bankers, air traffic controllers, fire fighters, doctors and nurses, insurance specialists, vehicle technicians and sales consultants, leaders, graduates and everything in between. As a previous Director within the ACT Public Service, she has also gained good insight into government processes.
